Meet the Andes Condor Villas—12 brand-new, two-level residences designed for indoor-outdoor living with uninterrupted mountain views. Each villa spans roughly 2,900 sq. ft. and frames sweeping views of the Andes. The main level centers on a fireplace-anchored living and dining area, while the primary suite offers a king bed, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. A flexible game room converts easily into a true second bedroom, complemented by a well-appointed second bath. Outside, a private deck with a fire pit and your own pool invite sunset toasts and slow, starlit evenings.
