While reminiscing about our trip, Kyle was quick to share excitement for Bogotá. Touring the city’s main market, Paloquemao, we were able to get a taste of daily life. The city has fully embraced street art, commissioning pieces that create a perfect backdrop for exploring on foot or by bike throughout the city. Kyle fell in love with Bogotá’s allure, its vibrant big-city energy, framed by vast mountains. A city filled with beautiful art, culture, history, and people, we look forward to many returns and can’t recommend the city enough.

Medellín Reborn
Medellín, a dramatic city in the midst of a remarkable transformation, was a standout highlight of Laly’s journey. From soaring over the city in cable cars to exploring the various comunas on outdoor escalators, Medellín’s innovative public transport offers a glimpse into its constantly evolving spirit. A private tour through Comuna 13 unveiled the city’s rich tapestry of street art, capturing its unique culture and complex history in vivid color. Our visit to Botero Plaza, where the iconic sculptures of renowned artist Fernando Botero grace the city center, offered a fresh perspective on Medellín’s fascinating history, paving the way for present day Medellín. Each experience left him captivated by the city’s dynamic allure.
